If using as a smudge stick holder ensure the bowl has a small amount of sand at the bottom this will ensure the heat does not crack the bowl and allow the smudge stick to go out.
Care: Hot food can cause the bowls to crack. Do not exposure coconut bowls to extreme heat, and do not use in the refrigerator, microwave, oven or dishwasher.
